Just finished a piece for a competition called 'The Art of Nurture' run by Lloyds TSB. The brief was to create a piece round the theme 'We Take Ownership' one of the companies key values. I drew a tree populated with birds who have made homes from top hats and teacups...
This is the piece is the one I eventually submitted and the ones below are earlier trials.
I prefer the piece below but eventually rejected it for the competition as I thought I could deliver the theme more clearly in the piece above. (click on the images for a bigger view)
